PARTNERSHIPS THAT MAKE IMPACT

Creating sponsorships that deliver more than visibility

THE CHALLENGE

As a premium performance cycling brand entering the GCC, Ventum's partnerships needed to do more than generate logo exposure. Every collaboration had to reinforce the brand's position within the endurance community, create meaningful engagement with target audiences, and establish long-term credibility across both elite performance and grassroots participation.

Unlike many cycling brands that rely primarily on sponsorship visibility, Ventum's ambition was to build a brand people could actively experience. Partnerships therefore needed to create genuine value for athletes and customers alike — offering unique access, exclusive experiences, and meaningful community connections that extended far beyond race day.

The challenge was to build a partnership ecosystem that balanced global exposure with local community impact, connecting Ventum with the athletes, clubs, events, and experiences that genuinely influence purchasing decisions within the cycling and triathlon market.

OUR APPROACH

F31 leads both the strategy and execution of Ventum's regional partnerships programme, identifying, negotiating, activating, and managing opportunities that strengthen the brand across every stage of the athlete journey - from aspiring amateurs to elite performers.

Rather than viewing sponsorship as a collection of isolated rights packages, our approach creates an interconnected ecosystem of partnerships that delivers year-round visibility, authentic storytelling, community engagement, and meaningful customer experiences. By combining international sporting properties with local clubs, emerging talent, and participation events, we ensure the Ventum brand is experienced where athletes authentically train, race, and connect.

ARTHURDE DONCKER
With motorsport dominating global attention during Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend, F31 identified an opportunity to position Ventum within the wider performance conversation through Arthur De Doncker - an exciting 14-year-old Formula 4 driver already training on a Ventum NS1.

Rather than pursuing traditional sponsorship visibility, the activation focused on the story of emerging talent and the role endurance training plays across multiple sports. By spotlighting Arthur at the beginning of his journey, we created a more human narrative around ambition, preparation, and the next generation of elite performance.
WTCS FINAL
F31 identified, secured, and activated Ventum's Official Bike Partnership with the World Triathlon Championship Series Final Abu Dhabi, creating a platform that balanced global exposure with meaningful community engagement. Alongside international broadcast visibility, the programme delivered exclusive experiences for Ventum athletes and customers through community rides, professional athlete access, event village activations, and extensive content production that strengthened the brand's position within the regional and global triathlon community.
