KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Visual Storytelling & Content Creation: Translate brand strategy and creative briefs into compelling video and photography across digital platforms, social media, campaigns and live events.
  • Shoot Planning & Delivery: Plan and execute shoots across sport, lifestyle, products and destinations, managing camera, lighting and audio requirements to deliver high-quality content efficiently.
  • Editing & Post-Production: Own the edit from raw footage and image selection through retouching, colour grading, sound and final delivery, adapting assets for each platform and format.
  • Creative Collaboration & Production Standards: Work closely with Creative, Production and Client Management teams to deliver on-brand work within agreed timelines, while maintaining reliable equipment, organised files and efficient workflows.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Development & Collaboration

  • Work with Creative and Client Management teams to understand brand strategy, audiences and campaign objectives, ensuring visual output supports the wider marketing plan.
  • Contribute to content concepts, storyboards and shot lists across film, photography, campaigns and always-on social activity.
  • Bring practical production recommendations to creative discussions, identifying how ideas can be captured within the available time and resources.
  • Work with the Head of Creative to brief and coordinate freelance photographers, editors and production crews when required.

Pre-Production & Shoot Planning

  • Plan camera, lens, lighting, audio and equipment requirements against the approved brief, shot list and deliverables.
  • Support location scouting, schedules, talent coordination, permits and on-site logistics alongside the account and production teams.
  • Plan shoots to capture a useful mix of video, photography and behind-the-scenes content, anticipating platform formats and edit requirements.
  • Flag production risks, equipment needs or changes to the brief early so the team can resolve them before the shoot.

Video & Photography Capture

  • Capture high-quality video and stills across athletes, live events, lifestyle, destinations and product campaigns.
  • Direct subjects confidently and manage on-set dynamics to capture natural performances, authentic moments and strong visual storytelling.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio across indoor, outdoor and fast-moving environments, adapting to changing conditions.
  • Recognise key moments during live coverage and capture the action, atmosphere and detail required for timely content delivery.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for agency storytelling and campaign rollouts. Operate drones where appropriately licensed and permitted.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form and long-form video for social, campaigns, events and branded storytelling, using pacing and sound to support the creative idea.
  • Select, retouch and colour-correct photography; grade video and clean up audio to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and high technical quality.
  • Adapt assets across platforms, aspect ratios and durations while maintaining composition, legibility and impact.
  • Manage edit versions and feedback rounds, incorporating agreed comments and checking all assets before internal review and final delivery.
  • Deliver final files to the agreed specifications and deadlines, including quick-turnaround content where required for live events.

Production Workflow & Equipment Management

  • Maintain organised raw footage, image libraries, project files and final assets, with consistent naming, backups and archiving.
  • Maintain cameras, lighting, audio, drones and rigs, keeping equipment shoot-ready and flagging maintenance or replacement needs.
  • Manage priorities across shoots and edits, keeping the team informed of progress, dependencies and delivery risks.

Trend Monitoring & AI Workflows

  • Stay up to date with visual storytelling, platform formats, editing techniques and production tools, sharing useful ideas with the wider team.
  • Use appropriate AI-assisted tools for tasks such as upscaling, audio clean-up, rotoscoping, captioning and colour matching, checking the quality of all outputs.
  • Create pre-visualisations, storyboard references and shot mockups where useful to support planning and approvals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in videography, photography and editing, ideally across sport, lifestyle, entertainment or branded content.
  • A strong showreel and photography portfolio demonstrating storytelling, creative framing and technical proficiency across both still and motion. Clearly identify your personal contribution to each project.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, audio capture, colour grading and visual storytelling from concept through to export.
  • Experience planning and delivering shoots from concept development and location scouting through scheduling, capture and post-production.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social content formats, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve post-production quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong organisational skills, creative problem-solving and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments.
  • Confident working with athletes, talent, clients and colleagues, and receptive to creative direction and feedback.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required for shoots and live events.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
